- Promote gender equality by ensuring equal pay for employees regardless of gender and encouraging diverse and equitable representation in leadership and senior management positions.
- Implement flexible work arrangements and supportive maternity and paternity policies to promote work-life balance and family well-being.
- Celebrate International Women’s Day and conduct awareness campaigns and activities that address gender inequality and promote gender equity.
- Establish and enforce comprehensive human resource policies that prevent gender discrimination and ensure equal opportunities and fair treatment for all employees.
