Admission Process and Requirements

Submit the necessary documents to the registrar and create or update your Edusuite account. You may need to undergo assessments or evaluations, depending on your status. After filling out the enrollment form, you can pay your fees at the cashier or through online payment. Once done, proceed to the MIS Office for ID pictorials or validation. If you are new or transferee student, you will need to submit additional documents like good moral certificates and ESC/QVR certificates.

Application Process

Incoming students, including new freshmen, transferees, and cross-enrollees, must submit their requirements and create a student account online. After verification and updating their information, students need to proceed to their respective departments for enlistment, complete a pre-enrollment form, and make payments at the Accounting Office. The final step is ID picture taking at the MIS Office. Old students must retrieve their checklist from their department, have it evaluated, pay fees, and validate their ID at the MIS Office.

NOTE: All ALS Graduates of the RBEC(2015 and below) and Graduates of 2016, 2017, 2018 will be admitted to college(freshmen).

B. Transferee
  1. Transfer Credentials
  2. Certificate of Grades/True Copy of Grades
  3. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate (Bring original copy for verification)
  4. Certificate of Good Moral Character
  5. One Piece Long Brown Envelope
  6. Marriage Certificate (for married)
C. ALS Graduate
  1. ALS Rating/ALS Card
  2. ALS Certificate
  3. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate (Bring original copy for verification)

Application Process

Submit the required documents, including the original SF9, to the registrar or person in charge. Update your Edusuite account information for validation. Once done, proceed to the cashier to make your payment, or use the online payment link available in your Edusuite account. Finally, present your receipt and latest ID to MIS personnel for school ID validation.

Admission Policy

  1. All qualified Students are welcome to King’s College of the Philippines-Basic Education Department in accordance with the Constitution, pertinent laws of the country, and the Vision and Mission of KCP.
  2. King’s College of the Philippines is a mission school under the auspices of the Northern Luzon Presbyterian Church. Students who will be admitted are required to participate in all academic and religious activities of the institution.No exemption shall be granted by the reason of membership in or affiliation with a different religion.
  3. A student’s application will be given due course when the student-applicant meets all the academic requirements prescribed by the School, the Department of Education, pertinent laws, and other rules promulgated by the School

Application Process

New students, including Kindergarten, Grades 1, 7, 11, and transferees, must submit the required documents to the registrar, including recommendation slips, PSA copies, SF9 cards, good moral certificates, and a 2×2 ID photo. Kindergarten students must be 5 years old. Additional documents like ESC/QVR certificates are needed for Grade 11 and 12 students. Grade 12 transferees must have their Grade 11 grades evaluated. After creating an Edusuite account, proceed with payment at the cashier or online, and complete ID pictorials with MIS personnel. Finally, visit AMO for uniform fitting and claiming.
