CABANATUAN CITY – King’s College of the Philippines (KCP) expresses its visibility at the 63rd National Convention of the Association of Schools, Colleges, and Universities (ACSCU), held at Wesleyan University from June 2-4, 2025. The event, “Quality Assurance for Christ Centered Education: Transforming Learners, Impacting Communities “brought together academic leaders from across the country to discuss innovation, quality assurance, and faith-based education.
Leading KCP’s nine-member delegation was Mr. Steve A. Solano, Head of Institutional Quality Assurance, alongside key officials including Ms. Dina Teresita Balaan, Dean of the College of Teacher Education and Liberal Arts (CTELA); Ms. Gina Solano, Principal of the Basic Education Department; and Mr. Peter Joseph Moulic, Assistant to the Head of IQA. Also in attendance were Ms. Gina Kadatar (Senior High Faculty), Ms. Jenny Savillano (Junior High Faculty), Ms. Equinia Walsi-en (CTELA Faculty), Ms. Margie Ventura-Leandro (Quality Assurance Officer, KCP Bambang), and Ms. Julie Bucasan (Program Chair, College of Teacher Education).
Their active participation shows KCP’s dedication to academic excellence and its mission to foster a values-driven, Christian learning community. The assembly features updates on EDCOM II reports, COCOPEA programs and Activities, PEAC, and best practices in Internationalization and Resource Generations.and leadership in faith-based education—key areas where KCP continues to make strides.
