Hotel and Restaurant Services

The two-year Hospitality and Restaurant Services program is designed to provide students with a thorough foundation on the skills required to begin a competitive career in the hotel and restaurant industry. Students will be prepared to earn national certificates on bread and pastry production, cookery, food and beverage services, bartending, front office and housekeeping. The combination of classroom activities, laboratory training in up-to-date facilities, and field experiences aim to develop excellent hospitality industry practitioners.
